2025 ASSESSMENTS:
Assessments are $60.00 per Quarter,
billed in January, April, July and October, and due 1st of each Quarter month.
Payments not received by the 15th of each Quarter month are subject to a late fee of $10.00.
Outstanding balances at the rate of 12% per annum as allowed by law.
